  • We work with clients on an engagement basis. We require a deposit up front with payment upon successful placement for direct hire roles.

  • Fees are based on the scope of the role and the volume of anticipated work. Fees are a percentage of the annual gross salary.

  • Yes, we provide a 3 month guarantee on all roles. We can provide longer guarantees on senior or executive positions.

  • Yes! We work with clients on an hourly or monthly retained basis to support small to medium sized clients with recruitment and HR consulting.
